A friend of my mine took me to Kabuli Restaurant on her birthday in Jinnah Super, Islamabad. The food here is the closest you can get to Afghan Cuisine in Islamabad. The restaurant is fairly spacious and has considerably large seating area.

 

The interesting part is that they serve you the beef tikka and kababs on the skewers and the quality of meat they use is excellent. The food not spicy and their specialty is kabuli pulao.
